50 Reasons to

Travel in 2020

April 24, 2020

Thank you for your concern, but last week's hallucinations have not been quite so frequent in recent days. I'm beginning to get a sense that very little international travel is going to be occurring, certainly in the near future, and possibly through the Fall. It's not that many countries won't be safe by then, it's that they will (rightly) still be restricting incoming travelers out of an abundance of caution.
We do like to call ourselves travel advisors these days, as a break from the past when "travel agents" basically just processed bookings. So I am going to advise...
If you are of the mindset that you will be in need of at least some sort of trip/adventure/break/escape/emotional outlet later this year, you should start thinking about a domestic trip. With 50 States, that's a quick 50 reasons to go see the sights, the cities, or the spaces that you have not made it to yet, or to return to an old favorite. Please know that we are absolute wizards at organizing road trips, private tours, or whatever you need right here at home.
I think for the next 4 weeks I will focus on US destinations and ideas, and I am going to begin this week by keeping it fairly local to our home market. Bear with us if you are one of our many clients throughout the country.

While our geographical guessing game video series is well into it's rhythm now, with Episode 9 to be released tomorrow on our Facebook page, we also had the opportunity this week to produce a short video for the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), highlighting just one of the many benefits and the amazing value we have brought to travelers during this disruption. If you are interested in what we actually can do for you in circumstances such as these, please click on the photo below to watch the video.
