"Zurich - Park Hyatt - beautiful property and a great location close to the lake and also the old town. The welcome package with all the materials from Bucher was there for us upon arrival. National Art Museum in Zurich is also a hidden gem. Lucerne - The Mandarin Oriental Palace is wonderful , we got a suite upgrade and we also did a couples massage. The day of the outing to Mt. Pilatus - we had rain and heavy cloud cover the entire day - the bright side was that our tour guide - Eveline was absolutely wonderful - charming , knowledgeable and real. Even with the dreadful weather - the boat , the cogwheel train and the gondola rides were great to experience.
Train to Gstaad - Wow ! connected through Interlaken and then on to the Goldenpass - breathtaking scenery the entire ride. The Alpina Hotel - most amazing property we have ever stayed at - amazing spa - super quiet and luxury all around - we got upgraded here as well. The grounds were beautiful.
Lausanne - Golden Pass from Gstaad to Montreux was beautiful , the Beau Rivage was so elegant and the grounds incredible. We received a room upgrade here as well. You could feel the history in the property."

"John is more than a travel agent as he shares his experiences and in depth knowledge of areas he has traveled to. I would say that on more than several occasions during our trip my family would be wowed by the experience and asked me how I found that place. Needless to say, John set that up. Also, where I think John really shines is on the "basic" items like arranging transportation between venues. It all worked seamlessly and was in constant communication with the vendors. We never felt rushed or anxious in missing connections. But if we did, John had pre defined contingencies.
