The Chopra program aboard the Swan Hellenic SH Diana presents an immersive journey into profound meditation sessions, invigorating yoga practices, and a specially curated menu at the ship's restaurant tailored to embrace the Chopra lifestyle. Throughout the voyage, a team of dedicated Chopra experts graced the ship, offering invaluable insights and guidance to enrich the experience for all passengers. Even providing a yoga mat for your use on the ship. When docked in Boston, there was a plan to take the yoga to the park, however, weather was not exactly our friend so an indoor yoga session took place. The designated staff were great at making accommodations due to weather. A major highlight was definitely Sunset yoga on the Stargazing Deck.
